Very rare, and oh-so-lovely.
Vintage placemat set from the Baroness Rapisardi, featuring the Hunt of the Unicorn. All hand embroidered on semi-sheer linen. Rich colors, romantic and beautiful.
Condition is excellent, most pieces never used, perhaps half of the napkins were very gently used. Hand laundered, bright and clean. We note a slight antique patina to the linen, and a lighter shade on the used napkins. All minor. This set looks wonderful.
