Vintage Marghab handkerchief in the “Wreath Over Square” pattern — a remarkably intricate design of raised embroidery worked in white on green linen, finished with extra-fine caseado bastido edging. An extraordinary amount of handwork for such a small piece. Hand embroidered in Madeira. Bold, beautifully detailed, and absolutely gorgeous.
Condition is excellent, never used. Hand laundered, clean and bright, just a very faint storage mark.
