At Things Most Delightful, we carefully pack and ship each order within 7 days, ensuring your linens arrive safely and beautifully presented. Domestic shipping is always free, international orders ship via UPS, with rates based on package weight and destination.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. If you have special delivery instructions, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY 

Because our linens are rare and require thoughtful restoration and meticulous preparation, our return policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the work behind each piece.

We believe in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at contact@thingsmostdelightful.com to begin your return.

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Restocking Fee: Large tablecloths (over 50”) require special handling and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable: Used or laundered items cannot be returned.
Approval-Style & Bulk Orders: Because our linens are rare and often one of a kind, we cannot accommodate approval-style purchases or bulk returns. If you are purchasing a large quantity for review, please contact us in advance—we’re happy to provide additional photos or information to help guide your selection.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status by email.
