Fish in the shallows, swimming among reeds and water plants, with a dragonfly overhead — all hand embroidered on fine linen with a scrolling floral border in Richelieu. The style suggests Appenzell, but we believe this is Italian.
Condition is excellent, likely unused. Hand laundered, clean and bright, just some faint storage marks at the edges. This looks wonderful.
