Graceful pheasants in fine French beauvais embroidery, worked on semi sheer linen batiste. Beautiful.
Assuredly made in France, likely vintage D Porthault, who so often highlighted this specialty style of embroidery in their linens.
Condition is excellent, gently used, some not at all. Hand laundered, bright and clean, the unused pieces a slight shade deeper.
