Striking vintage linen placemat set, hand embroidered in Madeira with a bold horse motif in rich colors. A rare and fabulous design — an equestrian lover’s delight.
Condition is excellent, we don’t believe these were ever used. Hand laundered, clean and bright. We note some light fraying along the edges and one placemat with dark stains at the edge (last photo). Easy to forgive — this set is amazing.
