A spectacular vintage placemat set, richly embroidered with colorful flowers in intricate detail and finished with ornate scalloped edges. Entirely hand embroidered. No labels, but assuredly vintage D. Porthault, made in France. The work is luminous—each petal and stem perfectly shaded and alive with color. These are gorgeous.

The set includes twelve placemats and twelve napkins: three with yellow flowers, three with pink, three with blue, and three with salmon.

Condition is excellent, gently used. Hand laundered, bright and clean.
