Vintage Marghab placemat set in the "Open Scroll" pattern. Graceful Richelieu scrollwork, organdy appliqué borders and fine caseado bastido edging. Hand embroidered in Madeira. Superb, understated quality.

Excellent condition, gently used. Hand laundered, bright and clean, just a slight patina to the linen. The unused coasters are a shade deeper in color. This set looks wonderful.
