Exquisite vintage placemat set hand embroidered in Madeira. The border is absolutely enchanting, with satin-stitched flowers and leaves worked over delicate organdy honeycomb and cutwork accents. The napkins are equally lovely, with scalloped edges and an embellished corner that mirrors the placemats.

Condition is excellent, likely unused. Hand laundered, bright and clean. We note some faint storage marks, a few frays at the edges, and one placemat that's a deeper shade of pink than the others. Minor notes — this set looks marvelous.
