A bright, cheerful vintage linen placemat set, hand embroidered in Madeira. Vivid colors, and classic Madeira workmanship.
Excellent condition overall. Some pieces were never used; others were gently used and freshly hand laundered. A few shade variations are present among the linens (as shown in the last photo -- 4 placemats and 3 napkins are unused and slightly deeper in tone). Minor and easily forgiven -- the set presents beautifully on the table.
